Community-Focused Agriculture
Located in the village of Kozeki, just 3km from the Kujukuri coast, our small farm is a new venture dedicated to sustainable agriculture. Benefiting from Chiba’s fertile soil and coastal microclimate, we grow specialty vegetables, herbs, and wildflowers for culinary use. We believe in the power of a circular economy by partnering with local farmers to introduce innovative new plant and vegetable varieties, as well as growing methods and shared harvests, we are revitalizing our rural community. From the field to the local market—and onto the plate through our custom recipes—we are proud to grow food that gives back."
